Kadian DeRosa joined Supportive Housing Works in 2019. Her work primarily focuses on the Opening Doors Fairfield County (ODFC) initiative, in addition to providing grant management and managing communications for Supportive Housing Works. As the Collective Impact Manager for ODFC, Kadian manages communications for the Continuum of Care, provides grant management and engages funders, state and government agencies and advocacy groups and consumers, using a collective impact model, to support the development of a seamless integrated system, serving homeless individuals throughout Fairfield County. In addition, Kadian provides research, serves on several ODFC committees, manages the ODFC website, and acts as a Regional Coordinator for the Point-in-Time Count.
Kadian has over eight years of experience in administrative and project management roles. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English from Hunter College, CUNY and she also holds a Master of Arts degree, from Regent University, with two certificates in Law and Public Policy and Global Politics.
